Warranty Policy

Product deemed to be a manufacturing defect will be repaired or replaced without charge.  Warranty becomes void if merchandise has been damaged by accident, neglect, improper service or other causes not arising out of defect in material or workmanship.  Normal wear and tear is not covered under warranty.  Watch warranties are product specific; please refer to information provided with each purchase.  A return authorization number is needed.  Please contact us at returns@hascoind.net to request an authorization number.

Montana Silversmiths holds the final authority in all warranty matters.

To obtain the repair or replacement of a defective item purchased from Hasco Industrial Supply, you should return the item to: Hasco Industrial Supply, PO Drawer 729, Worland, WY 82401.  Please include original sales receipt and a brief note that has your name, address, phone number, e-mail address and explanation of the defect.  You will then be contacted after we receive warranty information on your item from Montana Silversmiths.  A $10.00 fee also needs to be included in the package to cover shipping and handling.

When your item is received, it will be shipped to Montana Silversmiths for warranty inspection.  If the item is covered under their warranty, your item will be repaired or replaced at no charge to you and shipped back to you along with your $10.00 fee.  In the event that your item is not covered under warranty, then you will be contacted with the repair charges.  It will be your decision to have the item repaired or shipped back to you as is.  If you choose to have it repaired or shipped back to you, as is, the $10.00 fee will be used to cover shipping and handling.  Please contact Hasco Industrial Supply with any questions.
